Lora is a serif family with a broad practical range, offering regular, medium, semi-bold, and bold weights in both normal and italic styles. Its variable setup adds flexibility for refining emphasis and hierarchy while keeping the family unified across text sizes. With support for Latin, Latin Extended, Cyrillic, Cyrillic Ext, Vietnamese, Math, and Symbols, Lora is well suited to multilingual typography. The overall character reads as balanced and readable, with enough structure for sustained text and enough distinction for expressive headings.

Lora works well in editorial layouts, articles, essays, branded content, and interfaces that need a serif voice with clear hierarchy. Use the lighter and regular weights for body copy, then move to the heavier weights for subheads, pull quotes, and navigation emphasis. Italics are useful for citations, emphasis, and graceful contrast. For pairing, keep the companion typeface straightforward so Lora can carry the tone; it fits especially well when combined with a simpler sans serif that does not compete with its serif detail.
